Category: News Releases

Hispanic Access is pleased to announce the appointment of Pablo Juarez as our new Hispanic Leadership Network Director. In this role, he will shape the program’s vision, lead the program team, and steer the program toward becoming a model of excellence in community leadership development.

“My whole life has been one of finding ways to support and advocate for my community,” said Juarez. "Learning about the work Hispanic Access is doing among Latinos and other marginalized communities is inspiring, but working for Hispanic Access is like the fulfillment of my dreams of being an instrument in the transformation of our world. I am grateful to have the opportunity.”

Pablo has been a church planter and a pastor for over 27 years in North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. His higher education experience includes serving as Dean of Students, Registrar, Recruitment Coordinator, International Strategist, and Professor at two private universities in Texas.

Juarez holds a degree in Industrial Studies, a degree in Agricultural Studies from the National University of Agriculture in Nicaragua, a Master of Business Administration degree in International Business and a Master in Higher Education Administration from Dallas Baptist University, and a Bachelor of Religion, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctor of Ministry from Campbell University in North Carolina.

“Juarez’s academic, professional, and personal accomplishments are an inspiration to community members and peers,” said Maite Arce, president and CEO of Hispanic Access. “He is the ideal person to support our growing network of Latino pastors who are serving communities across the U.S.”

Hispanic Access’ Hispanic Leadership Network strives to develop a mentoring and leadership program to support young, mid-career, and experienced Latino faith leaders serving high-need rural and urban communities, focusing on leadership development and bringing resources and training around key topics for their communities.
