Juan Mendoza

Juan Mendoza graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and Environmental Studies. He is highly passionate about water quality and seeking opportunities to improve and protect the water we use every day. Juan has a year of experience interning with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) wastewater department and is familiar with Iowa's wastewater treatment regulations. He also has over one year of experience working in a laboratory setting including, analyzing and monitoring wetlands and soil samples in Iowa. Additionally, Juan has experience in horticulture, community outreach, and leadership roles during his time at Iowa State University.
