Hispanic Access Selected as a Liquid IV Grantee for Confluence 2023

Category: News Releases

Hispanic Access Foundation is honored to announce its selection as a grantee to participate in Liquid IV’s Confluence 2023. Confluence is Liquid IV’s signature program to support innovative leaders who share its ambition to expand equitable water access to communities in need.

“For more than a decade, Hispanic Access has catapulted our trust-based community networks into action by providing access, capacity, and the belief to create beneficial changes in their communities,” said Hispanic Access’ President and CEO Maite Arce. “We’ve supported community leaders throughout the nation to advocate for the issues their communities face, like access to clean water, by providing them the tools and resources to become advocates for change.”

This year, Confluence’s goal is to help cross-pollinate effective and innovative solutions by sparking collaboration and providing catalytic funding and storytelling among grantees. In addition to finding solutions, Liquid IV hopes to promote water access awareness and action among Latinos in the United States.

“We are thrilled to receive this support from Liquid IV to promote awareness and active engagement in green infrastructure in nature deprived communities,” said Arce. “Together, we hope to build new trusted allies and friends and work towards our common goal of ensuring equitable access to clean and safe water for all.”
