I have a BS in Biology and a MS in Environmental Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico. During my time as a student, I worked mostly with entomological research with a focus on dragonfly communities. For the last three years, I have been working as an environmental project coordinator with a local NGO dedicated to restoring watersheds and their associated ecosystems in Puerto Rico. During this time I have had the opportunity to collaborate with state and federal agencies and private landowners in conservation projects.
